Founded by Joseph B. Thompson, MBA, formerly known professionally as DJ Bling, King of Dreamz Entertainment (KOD) was established with a vision to transform creativity into purpose and dreams into legacy. Built on the belief that music, faith, art, culture, and entrepreneurship can inspire communities and shape generations, King of Dreamz Entertainment serves as a platform where talent meets opportunity and vision becomes reality, and reality becomes a legacy.
What began from Joseph’s journey as a DJ, producer, entrepreneur, and community leader evolved into a broader mission—to create a company that not only develops music and entertainment, but also empowers creators, storytellers, and visionaries. Drawing from his experiences in music, philanthropy, business leadership, and community development, Joseph founded King of Dreamz Entertainment as more than a label; it is a movement dedicated to excellence, ownership, and impact.

Tavian Anthony McGee is a Christian singer/song-writer from Austin, Texas.
Tavian was born and raised in Bryan, TX, to Anthony and Sebrina McGee.
He is a graduate ofnHuston-Tillotson University in Austin, TX majoring in Music Education. He was a member of the HTU Concert Choir, under the direction and vocal teachings of Dr. Gloria Quinlan.

Zariah sadly passed away in 2021 due to complications with COVID-19.
Zariah and DJ Bling were good friends since high school. When Zariah started making music out of her poetry DJ Bling was one of the first to help her get started in the music industry performing her songs at Victory Grill during open mic nights. She was a versatile songs

Zariah and DJ Bling were good friends since high school. When Zariah started making music out of her poetry DJ Bling was one of the first to help her get started in the music industry performing her songs at Victory Grill during open mic nights. She was a versatile songstress singing gospel, RnB, Blues, and even Opera.
Zariah also recorded a number of songs that DJ Bling wrote and produced, in 2015 and 2016, which DJ Bling and KOD has permission from her family to release only under her stage name.
